Barn Conversion In Bedfordshire
A property developer approached with a proposal to finance development of a barn-conversion project. They had exchanged contracts on the purchase of a barn for building conversion with a long completion date. The plan was to complete the conversion and sell within the time-frame of the contract. However, delays with another project had reduced the ability to finance the new barn-conversion. We were able to assist and lend the developer 60% of the property value. It was sufficient to complete the purchase, plus extra funding to complete the intended development. The result is an exclusive property with a very high specification, set in a semi-rural location, and an easy commute to London.
