Our borrower (an existing client with us), who had previously converted a Grade II listed building into four houses, approached us to fund 60% of the purchase price and 100% of the conversion costs of this unique barn conversion. We agreed an increase for funding to provide capital to convert some outbuildings to a stable block. Completion of this development finance project attained a very high-specification finish.
