Construction Of Three Large Homes

This now existing customer returned to us for further funding towards phase 2 of his development project.

 

Having extended and converted the existing house into two semi’s, the Planning Consent also granted approval to demolish an office building on the adjacent land and build three large homes on the cleared site.

 

We were able to provide 100% of the build costs in a stage payment schedule.
